  • We provide Home delivery option to all over India. We courier items via reputed & well-known  courier company. Our Courier Partners are Delhivery, Bluedart.

  • Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 2-5 days(3D printing time not include) to anywhere in India, but it is totally beyond our control. Each shipping companies have their own methods, intermediate transit locations etc. and the delivery time is not predictable.

  • We choose appropriate courier according to your address. Customers also requested to give details address during order.

  • Express courier means AIR mode courier. For some items which are banned in air mode like Battery will be courier via Surface Mode. Even though customer select express mode it will be redirected to surface or normal mode. 

  • Our main priority to send the item to you as fast as possible. We provide detail tracking of courier. after your item courier we send tracking details to your register mail only.

Return & Exchange Policy

Refund/Replacement policy valid if item is damage/missing only.

After approval of return request, buyer need to courier the item/items to our address. Courier Should be made within 1 week after approval of return request. Upon receiving your package we will test it, if the problem found in the product as per your description we will Replace the item or refund the amount. In that case buyer will get up to 70 rupees(for up to 0.5 kg) as a return courier charge from our side. If courier charge is more than 70 rupees then the extra amount need to pay from buyer side. Buyer may use India Post or any other courier service he/she may wish. 

Buyer also need to show us the courier slip.

After receiveiving the return courier we will check the problem from our end, if it’s same as per your description then we will send you a new item by courier or can refund you the money.Final decision will be taken after consuting with the buyer. Plz make sure that the pictures you show about items should be same of what we receive. If we got a damage or broken item, which was not in the pic that you share of the item, then we cannot proceed for return/refund policy. So plz make sure the items will be properly pack with bubbles so that it can’t damage in courier. If items are tear, broken which have not mentiponed by you, are not eligible for refund/return policy. 

Note - For some items like BMS and Power Bank Modules retrun will not accepted if found solder mark on the item.

After receiving the items and checking whether it goes to be refund/replacement is fully our decision. We will also talk with buyer to help him out. If the product found in fully working condition and nodamage will be found as per customer claim we will reship the item/items to the customer and the courier charges for the same should bear by Buyer.

Missing Item -

If Items found missing in the courier then the buyer need to inform us within 2 days of courier receive. We will courier the missing item/items separately to you. Buyer Should keep The Original Package, Shipping Lable,Packaging Material and Items till the problem solved. WithOut this items return process will be cancel.

Order Cancelation-

Once order place No cancellation will be entertained. But you can update your order or can alter your order.

Time for Refund Ammount -

Its may take up to 1 week to receive refund on your account.
